Carbon Filters for Air Purification
What are our carbon filters used for?
The source of nuisance odors is both natural processes occurring in nature and those related to human activities. Carbon filters are used to purify air from organic as well as inorganic chemical compounds. The former, referred to as VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), are removed through physical adsorption. In the case of inorganic compounds, appropriately selected impregnated carbon removes impurities via chemical adsorption. In response to the growing problem of odor nuisances, we create filters using our many years of experience and practice to meet customer expectations regarding filtration effectiveness. Efficiency and cost-effectiveness are the key advantages of carbon filters in air purification.

Activated carbon for air purification filters
Sorbofil® GB
The Sorbofil® GB is a high performance carbon filter for purification of gases, with design ensuring maximum length of contact between the treated medium and the carbon bed. Thanks to the filter structure and carbon bed layout, Sorbofil® GB filters allow purification of gases with high flow rate and relatively small pressure losses. The Sorbofil® GB filters are suitable for a wide range of gas flow rate, depending on the variant - from 1,000 up to 40,000 m3/h.
Sorbofil® GPE
The Sorbofil® GPE is a high performance carbon filter for purification of gases, with design ensuring maximum length of contact between the treated medium and the carbon bed. Built of HDPE, the Sorbofil® GPE filters are suitable for applications with higher corrosive potential. The Sorbofil® GPE filters are suitable for a wide range of gas flow rate, depending on the variant - from 350 up to 5,500 m3/h.
Sorbofil® GS
The Sorbofil® GS is a high performance carbon filter for purification of gases, with design ensuring maximum length of contact between the treated medium and the carbon bed. Thanks to sorptive properties of activated carbons, Sorbofil® GS 1 filters can be used for removal of organic and certain inorganic contaminants from air and gases. The Sorbofil® GS filters are suitable for a wide range of gas flow rate, depending on the variant - from 200 up to 3,000 m3/h.
